The 90° horizontal bend of the ladder bridge adopts a standard right-angle turning structure to ensure that the cable can be turned accurately at 90 degrees during the horizontal wiring process. The entire component is composed of two sections of standard ladder bridges at a 90° angle. Through precise docking and fixation, the stability of the overall structure and the continuity of the cable load are maintained. In order to meet the passage requirements of different cables in the bridge system, the horizontal bar spacing designed inside this product is controlled at ≤150mm. This design can not only effectively support the weight of the cable and prevent it from sagging or deformation due to excessive span, but also improve the bearing capacity and safety performance of the entire bend. In terms of cable protection, the product fully considers the control of the cable bending radius, and the inner bending radius is designed to be ≥300mm, which effectively avoids mechanical damage and signal loss caused by sharp corners during the bending process of the cable. The product has a clear distinction between left and right turns, and the "L" and "R" marks are used to distinguish the left and right structures, which is convenient for designers to select and standardize according to the on-site layout drawings.
